Technical Expertise

High pressure reaction (hydrogenation)

  • The company has a total of 19 hydrogenation reactors, made of SS and Hastelloy alloy materials, which can meet different reaction conditions, with a maximum pressure of~10MPa
  • Independently developed technology platform and catalog products for asymmetric hydrogenation synthesis of chiral amines and chiral alcohols

 

Fluorination and bromination reactions

  • The company is equipped with one Hastelloy alloy reactor, which can be used for fluorination and bromination reaction production
  • Rich experience in bromine operation, including bromine procurement, transportation, post-treatment, bromine recovery, etc
  • Rich experience in the production of fluorination reagents, such as DAST, BAST, TMAF, and selective fluorination

 

Low temperature and cryogenic reaction

  • The company is equipped with a low-temperature reactor, cooled by liquid nitrogen, and the temperature can reach -78 ℃
  • Rich experience in Grignard reaction production, such as using n-BuLi, iPrMgCl, LDA, LiHMDS, DIBALH, etc

 

Enzyme catalyzed reaction

  • The company has rich experience in enzyme screening process research and development;
