HSE Management System

  • Strictly comply with China's safety standardization requirements and pass all government audits and inspections;
  • Before each process amplification, a process safety assessment must be conducted, and if necessary, a HAZOP analysis can be performed;
  • Temperature and pressure are monitored by DCS and interlocked alarms are set. All hazardous processes are equipped with full process automation control in accordance with government requirements;
  • Install gas alarms and fire alarm systems according to standards;
  • Provide appropriate and sufficient PPE according to the process;
  • The wastewater and exhaust gas treatment device is operating normally as required;
  • Strictly follow government requirements to dispose of solid waste;
  • Daily training and safety drills.

Three Waste Treatment Capacity

  • After pre-treatment and biochemical treatment, the designed wastewater treatment capacity is 900 tons/day.
  • The exhaust gas is treated by RTO to meet national emission standards.
  • Waste solid is entrusted to hazardous waste solid treatment companies approved by the government for incineration.
